Dr. Mitha is a dentist at Mia Cape Town, caring for patients across general, cosmetic and paediatric dentistry as well as clear aligner treatment. She is known for an unhurried, considered approach: she listens first, explains the options plainly, and builds a plan around what each patient actually needs rather than a standard template. Her particular interest lies in preventative care and in making dentistry comfortable for patients who have found it difficult in the past. As Clinical Lead, she works alongside the Mia team to keep care at the Gardens practice consistent, modern and genuinely personal.

Dr Karishma Soni is the dentist behind Mia’s clinical standard, the co-founder who sets the bar for care across the Mia clinical group, from aligners and chair-side dentistry to the teams that deliver Mia at Work and practice services. She built Mia alongside Dr Zane Stenning as a South African family business: clinician-led, SA-owned, and focused on the partner clinicians and patients couldn’t find elsewhere. As Chief Dental Officer, she keeps clinical quality, governance and the day-to-day dental standard consistent across every vertical in the group.
