Oral Hygiene

Gentle, thorough cleaning tailored to your sensitivity and stain type. We reduce inflammation with targeted gum therapy, strengthen enamel, prevent decay and gum disease, and identify issues early. Recommended once or twice a year.

What to expect during a visit to the Oral Hygienist

A professional cleaning and polish to eliminate all traces of plaque and tartar—key contributors to gum disease, tooth decay, and tooth loss.

Topical treatments like fluoride may be applied to reduce sensitivity and help strengthen teeth against decay.

You’ll receive feedback on your oral hygiene habits, along with personalized product and technique recommendations tailored to your needs.

A check-up to screen for cavities, gum disease, and oral cancer; X-rays may also be taken if needed.

The oral hygienist can also advise on tooth whitening, fissure sealants, orthodontic alignment, bruxism, mouth guards, dietary tips, and address any other concerns or questions you may have.

Remember to prioritize your oral health by scheduling a visit to the oral hygienist every six months.
